Chris, our Client Partnerships Director, is pictured above. You will speak with him or with one of Halcyon’s founders, Jon or Victoria. Whoever leads the first conversation will remain your point of contact throughout the project.
What happens on the call
We will ask where the business is now, what is not coming through clearly enough, who the work needs to reach and where it needs to perform. We can show relevant examples and explain how we approach photography and video.
You can ask us anything; about the team, the process, timings or what working together involves.
The aim is to understand the opportunity and identify the most useful next step, whether or not you commission us.
You don’t need a finished brief
Come with a defined brief, an early idea or simply a sense that the way your business is seen no longer reflects the quality inside it. All three are a good place to start.

After the call
If it feels like a fit, we will recommend a starting point and follow up with a proposed approach and scope. Most commissions take one of three forms, a Visibility Day, a bespoke project or an ongoing partnership.
